Trial Class Liability Disclaimer

I understand that participation in the Legacy Taekwondo free trial classes involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily consent to my/my child's participation and accept these risks. I confirm that I/my child is medically fit to participate and will inform the instructors of any relevant medical conditions or injuries before taking part.

I release and hold harmless Legacy Taekwondo, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the trial classes, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
